Biblical counseling can have many benefits. However, sessions can often involve discussing unpleasant aspects, you may experience uncomfortable feelings like sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, and helplessness. On the other hand, utilizing the Bible for answers leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and significant reductions in feelings of distress. The ultimate goal: to help one have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and rely on HIS Word to bring them through. Philippians 4:13

 Biblical counseling utilizes the Bible for answers and though this is not a new means of working through issues, it is not something Psychologist and most Clinical Therapists recognize as they lean towards a “Clinical-Behavioral” system which may include medication for resolution. However, this is not a substitute for mental health or psychological counseling. Additionally, I will not attempt to provide any medical advice or diagnosis.
